It has been a busy summer. I put off a lot of things due to mowing, and no motivation. I received an email from a dear friend in South Dakota. Like what the heck is going on? Why did you stop blogging? That question inspired me to give it a try again. In fact I didn't even know I had a comment on my blog. Goat Creek I apologize for not returning your greeting. Gosh that was in June! Hello to you, and I enjoy your blog very much. Let me start out with a short and sweet recipe I tried over the weekend. With a cozy fire, and the smells of these ingredients made me want to embrace the rain and the cold. White cake mix, one 15 oz can of pumpkin, and several cinnamon chips. That's it! No water, oil, or egg. They made the best muffins! Moist. Top with cream cheese frosting and you have a quick yummy desert.
